I bought the Psst Pass but it's locked

Open the Psst Pass screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you used to buy it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose Psst!, and tap Cancel.

Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, choose Psst!, and tap Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged. You keep the Pass until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play refund requests.

Can my family use my Pass?

On iPhone, the yearly and lifetime Pass work with Family Sharing. On Android, it depends on Google Play Family Library support for your purchase.

Forehead doesn't react when I tilt

Hold the phone sideways against your forehead with the screen facing your friends. Tip it down to score, up to pass, then return to upright before the next word. You can also turn off "Tilt to answer" and tap the screen instead.

AI categories aren't available

AI categories are available on iPhone only, and need an iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer) running iOS 26, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. On any phone you can type your own category instead.
